Escalating War on Spammers

I think I'll eventually require OpenID to register a comment on my blog, but until then, I've shut down comments on blog posts older than the previous month.

This should cut down on the number of posts I need to monitor for spammers. I considered setting up moderation on my blog, but adding it is more work than I'd like to invest into the cobbled bits of Blosxom I've got running here.
